My work with clients is on recognizing trauma, processing it, and healing from it in a physical, emotional, and spiritual way. I utilize all of the modalities that I have gathered over the years and that encompass healing practices to help align your body, mind & soul into a new way of being.
To be able to work with a client to see the progression, how they change and realize that they can live a different way, a better way for me that’s the true reward and reason I know now that I went through those experiences for a reason.

Through my own triumph over battles with food, drug, and alcohol addictions, alongside mental health challenges, I've cultivated a passion for empowering others to transform their relationship with their beliefs and bodies.
My approach centers on aiding individuals in releasing stress and trauma to rediscover their true selves, transcending societal narratives and personal stories. By employing a blend of modalities including breathwork, movement therapy, generative language, and shadow work, I facilitate alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
My greatest fulfillment comes from assisting others, particularly high achievers, in recognizing, processing, and healing from trauma in physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. It's about creating a safe and supportive space for growth and self-discovery, where individuals can emerge stronger and more aligned with their authentic selves.
