Healing the Mind, Body, & Soul After Cancer

This workshop is about learning how to calm the mind, destress the body and focus on your deep emotions during a time in your life when you don't know which way to turn or who understands what you are feeling and learning. As a cancer survivor, Steph will provide information on early detection, what she learned that helped her remain physically & emotionally strong before, during and after treatment and how healing is not intuitive for everyone but can be learned & practiced.
