Meditative Stretch Workshop

As a stretch therapist, our duties involve helping clients with therapeutic activities, treatment, and exercises that improve flexibility, range of motion, and mobility.

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
