How to set new year’s resolutions

Mike and Courtney talk about New Year's Resolutions, including how and when to set them, the most common resolution, and why most people don't stay committed to their resolutions.

This is the time of year where most people feel the need to ramp up, but it's actually meant to be a season of rest, renewal, and reflection. It's a great time to set intentions and reflect on what we want to bring into the new year, but it might be best to save the action portion for the spring time. When working with the cycles within and without us, it makes it that much easier to connect with ourselves and our needs.
