For over 25 years, I thought I was following the path to ultimate happiness and success by building a career as a CPA. I continuously set goals for myself. I believed that relaxation was for the future when I would be and could be happier. Behind the scenes, I was exhausted, stress, unhappy and in poor physical condition, my health or mental wellness were not being prioritized. No matter how much I achieved, something always felt off—like I was chasing a version of success but it wasn’t truly mine.

It took years of personal growth—learning about and understanding the mind, body, spirit connection and ultimately competing in powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, diving deeper into the meaning of what made me happy in the present, not at a future time in my life. It is learning about and living holistic practices and sharing that knowledge with others. I soon realized that real success isn’t all about achieving financial stability or reaching career goals, it is about finding balance. Feeling good in your own skin, having clarity in your decisions, being aware of how you truly feel in your heart and creating a life that is fulfilling.

That’s why I do what I do now. Through life coaching, I help clients create sustainable changes that nurture the mind, body and spirit. My financial wellness coaching helps bring clarity and confidence to those struggling with stress rooted in financial behaviors.
